Protocolo para la prevención del acoso sexual y del acoso por razón de sexo en el trabajo

Spanish In Cadiz has a protocol for the prevention of sexual harassment based on sex at the workplace, establishing a special procedure for cases that may occur.

Article 48 of the Organic Spanish  Law 3/2007 dictates the effective equality of men and women within the workplace, establishing the obligation within the school to take appropriate measures for the prevention of sexual harassment, as well, making available the appropriate channels within the school  in order to be able to make the relevant complaints or claims.
